Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to determine to what extent and how Job Analysis affects the work of the Organizational Procedure for selecting the employees. A Job Analysis is the key to any rational approach to selecting employees. To identify the best person for the job, you should fully understand the nature of the job. Job Analysis provides a means of developing such an understanding. This study has been entitled as “The impact of Job Analysis on the success of Selection of potential job candidates” And why Job Analysis is important in the Process of selecting employees? The focus of the study is to determine the extent of linkage between Job Analysis and Selection Process in order to develop a well established Job Analysis process. The type of research is Causal Research. Dependent variable is Selection (of potential Job candidates) and Independent Variable is Job Analysis. The research question is “What is the impact of Job Analysis on the Selection Process?” Tools of the study used are Questionnaire. After the data collection process, the data have been analyzed. Appropriate data analytic techniques like T-Test, frequency have been used. For data analysis SPSS (a computerized statistical analytical tool) has been used.
