Abstract:
Every company has to see success or failure at the end, and the reason could not be implementing proper organization development procedures or developing the right strategy that could match with the structure. What matters is the strategy that should be based on a comprehensive analysis (marketing, financial, structure etc). In evaluation and implementation of strategy; companies must be able to understand and manage change in structure as well, this is important particularly at corporate level as it is essential in the growth of the company and plays a major role in determining factors that affects overall business of the organization.
