dc.description.abstract The project titled as “Impact of Performance Evaluation and Training and Development on Job Satisfaction” is done by Mr. Malik Imran Akhter under the supervision of Col. ® Imtiaz Ahmed Mohar. The selected topic is not a new subject in fact many researchers have done lots of work on this topic so we may call this study as a descriptive study. The objective of this study was to know the impacts of different independent variables on employees job satisfaction mainly performance evaluation and Training & Development. BGP (Pakistan) International which is a subsidiary of Chinese National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) was selected for the survey. A questionnaire consist of 14 questions was designed and distributed among the same level of employees of 6 different departments in BGP (Pakistan) International. On the basis of information gathered from those questionnaires and critical analysis we came to know that both of the independent variables i.e. Performance Evaluation and Training & Development are influencing and increasing the Job satisfaction level of the employees of BGP (Pakistan) International. This report consist of 45 pages whereas it is completed in almost 6 months. en_US
