dc.description.abstract This study explores the relationship among role clarity and person workplace fit influencing employee performance in telecom part of Pakistan. The motivation behind the descriptive study is to know the impact ofrole clarity and person workplace fit on employee performance. The fundamental reason for research is to demonstrate that is there any connection between dependent variable and independent variables. Information was collected from representatives in the telecom industry of pakistan. The information was investigated on the base of Cronbach's alpha (0.5-0.75) and significance level (0.01 and 0.05) which helped us to decide relationship between dependent and independent variables. Role clarity and person organizational fit has more impact on worker efficiency as compare to other different factors which have affect on employee performance. The study underpins satisfactory level of stability and high level of internal consistency between dependent variable and independent variables. This study will be preceded in future for further enhancements in it. en_US
