Abstract:
This study is very helpful especially for the higher authorities of Mobilink and Warid Telecom and for other managers of different Industries. This current study is conducted to examine the relationship of Job Satisfaction and work performance in Mobilink and Warid Telecom. The main objective of the study is to reflect the level of job satisfaction and work performance is same in both companies. There is strong relationship between both these variables. The research concluded that job satisfaction leads to higher performance.
The study is limited to MOBILINK and Warid Telecom Islamabad. To achieve these objectives a quantitative approach using the survey method is adopted for the research. A specifically designed questionnaire has used as the main data collection instrument followed by a series of frequent visits for interaction with employees of various management levels at the subject organizations. The collected data was analyzed using T test formula. The results based on the practiced methodology reflect that employees at MOBILINK and Warid Telecom both are highly motivated, enjoy job-satisfaction and resonate superior performance. The study of relationship between job satisfaction and work performance of employees concludes job satisfaction and work performance of employees have direct proportion which makes the organization function more precisely and effectively.
