dc.description.abstract As the subject is too vast so I will try to focus thoroughly on the basic but making the report through deep analysis of the selected labour and Trade Union Laws and their implementations. At first will try to explore what are the labour laws and trade unions while touching through the history and making the current motion through covering the pages of reform time. Focusing Pakistan labour laws specially the Factory ordinance 1943, 1978 and also covering all the aspects of the Punjab Industrial Relation Ordinance 2010. In the factory ordinance the main focus was given to the safety and health issues, minimum wages and the benefits of the employees against the labour laws where as in the Punjab Industrial Ordinance 2010 all considerations were taken as it is and try to develop the understanding about the over all labour related legislation made by the provincial government for the social welfare of the employees and to promote and safeguard their individuals as well as mutual rights. In this regard the real time corporate world example is taken while spending two weeks of work analysis on the real time ground realties of labour laws handling by the firm and disputes of the labour with the management and also try to figure out the real time problems faced y the employees and the real butter of these labour laws provided to the employees by the companies while implementing those laws properly and also the role of the government in order to monitor their working and also the concerned departments. In the last phase try to give the analysis in the form of problems the employees are facing at company and also the recommendations to facilitate the company system as well as the over all labour disputes, problems and concerns. en_US
