| dc.description.abstract | Gloria Jeans is one of the most auspicious coffee outlets in the cities that it caters. Their operations are currently in the cities of Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi and they certainly have plans for growing in the market. The Project is targeting the needs of the business to build a competency in the market and to enable themselves in the incorporation of a long term growth pattern as opposed to their rivals. The organization belongs to the Hot Drinks sector in Pakistan which includes Coffee houses, Bistro’s etc which is a wing of the restaurant industry. With tourism and hoteling on the rise globally, some effects have been witnessed in the Pakistani market as well and this certainly means that the demands are met through the increased businesses in the industry sector to cater these needs. Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi has been brimming up with coffee houses and dine in places which take a step forward to cater the needs of the consumers to provide them with a relaxing cup of coffee and some desserts coupled with some ambiance to make the evening relaxing and delightful. Coffee being one of the latest consumption trends of the population, the research project will try to investigate this sector with hopes of defining the market situation and to suggest a better set of service delivery options to increase the long term growth of the coffee shop and to provide them with opportunities that can be exploited to create a competence level in the market. | en_US |
