| dc.description.abstract | Understanding the various elements of job satisfaction is significant for the growth of every organization. The purpose of the present research is to determine the effects of these elements on employee efficiency belonging to different ethnic groups. Job satisfaction is an important topic in organizational research because of its effects on the overall well-being of the organization. This research helps in understanding that career development, health and safety at workplace, monetary benefits, recognition and peer relationship plays an important role is bringing about satisfaction in employees irrespective of their origin. Satisfied employees create a more positive working environment for organizations. This research was based on both primary and secondary data; the analysis of the primary data was possible through questionnaires which were given out to eighty employees. The research concluded that in the presence of various elements, employees are motivated to work efficiently. Further it recommends that management should create an environment which provides guidance for employees’ career development, assures recognition policy, offer competitive monetary benefits and lastly make efforts to ensure health and safety measures are in place. | en_US |
