dc.description.abstract Learning organization is an organization where people expand their capacities to create all that they really want. It is place where new pattern of thinking develop over time. Collective aspiration of people is set and people learn to see the whole together. Organizational Culture is consisting of the values, beliefs, and norms of people in an organization. Culture is one of the most important factors that influence an organization’s growth in long run. Purpose of present study is to see relationship of different types of culture with learning organization, and also to recommend the best and most suitable culture for learning organization. This study is conducted Survey was conducted. Bahria University of Management Sciences is the sample organization for present study. Findings suggest that among bureaucratic, Competitive, Participative, and learning culture participative and learning culture positively contribute towards learning organization. Study also suggested that learning culture suits most of all. This finding is consistent with findings of previous studies. en_US
