dc.description.abstract The research is on “Human resource practices at Warid and Mobilink”.The thesis, which I have done, is on the three Human resource practices of two Cellular companies in Pakistan Warid and Mobilink. These three practices are “Recruitment and selection, training and development and compensation and benefit”..The data is collected from the websites of the companies and from the Human Resource Department of the company.The research is tends to identify the implications of these three practices at Warid and Mobilink, the thesis includes background and introduction of the companies. The framework has been taken by theory studied by the author.The introduction to the companies includes its background, products and services, strategic partner.In the recruitment and selection, I have covered all the recruitment procedure like getting the right people, planning for recruitment of employees, source of recruitment, selection, types of selection and the process of selection of both companies Warid and Mobilink.In the training and development, the training process training methodology of the companies. Tools under use have been enumerated.In the compensation and benefits, the compensation and the benefits section, their salary structure, their mobile phone policy, car policy, bonuses, gratuity, provident fund have been laid out.Both Warid and Mobilink have matured. Their performance during the last year has been exceptional, the reason being the company focus on offering excellent service. en_US
