dc.description.abstract This study is about originating hub and terminating traffic of Emirates Airline. The main purpose of the study is evaluating Emirates product & services in relation to its competitors (Etihad Airways and Qatar Airways) in the targeted market Islamabad to UK. The result is gathered through the interviews conducted from the different top agents, which were based on the open ended questionnaires. The analysis is also done by the comparison of the servicing offering of the three airlines. The study gives us the awareness of the services offered by the airlines and different features like pricing, promotion and other complimentary services. The main purpose is to design the mechanism for finding grey areas of the Emirates service offerings in comparison to its competitors. en_US
