Abstract:
The phenomenon of globalization has given rise to
numerous trends all over the globe. These trends have several
aspects. They are good for some nations while they have
negative implications for other nations. Both developed and
developing parts of the world are facing different perk as
well as disadvantages of globalization. One trend may be good
for one part of the world and bad for the other. Among such
trends is the trend of brain drain. This trend has some
positive implications for developed world. It has helped
industrialized countries in their growth and development by
providing the manpower that has been on a decline due to
demographic transition in these countries. Now, more than ever
these economies are dependent upon the human resource from
developing countries due decrease in the proportion of their
working age population.
