dc.description.abstract This study provide link between performance management systems and employee satisfaction. Result is based on Mobile Telecom Operators in Pakistan. The biggest challenge faced by these companies in Pakistan is related to high employee turnover. One of the reasons might be because of performance management systems of companies are unable to satisfy employees. The individual performance link with vision, mission and goals of organization, if individual perform well organization perform well. So the problem that needs to be identified is whether the performance management systems are doing the trick for the employee and what impact are they having on satisfaction level of employees. The purpose of this research can best be understood by the concept of descriptive research. This study is based on quantitative research because it focused on people’s behavior pattern. Research variables are customer satisfaction, succession planning, team building, and goal alignment. and employee satisfaction. The identified performance related variable for this research team building, succession planning, customer satisfaction and goal alignment relationship with employee satisfaction is not significant. en_US
