dc.description.abstract	Recruitment and Hiring Process (RHP) is an online platform for general applicants and departments / administration job vacancies for jobs search pool. It will replace the traditional "paper application" process is a part-time academic staff training for the new site of employment and online job tracking system. This is a web-based application automates the hiring process, including position requisition approval process, employment and the processing of applications, affirmative action (recruitment profile) processing of personnel actions.	en_US
