Abstract:
Well our topic is The Impact of Training on National Productivity and yes Training has a positive and significant effect on productivity. This can be done by using variety of techniques, and methods so numerous gaps can be filled and thus taking the overall mechanism to be operating in a much better way than it was before. Training also has a positive and significant impact on wages.
Human capital is widely acknowledged as a key factor for economic performance at both the micro and macro level. Long-term international trends show that there is a strong correlation between the dynamics of national productivity and level of employment. The more productive the national economy is, more competitive it is in the foreign markets, and lower is the unemployment rate. The more productive an enterprise is, more is the income it can save for new investments and therefore results into creation of more employment opportunities. So one of the issues are that Is NPO (National Productivity Organization) Pakistan succeeding in it mission to lead the Productivity movement in Pakistani industrial arena or not?
The primary purpose of this initiative in form of a project is to attempt a research that recognizes efforts and effect of NPO (National Productivity Organization) on industry’s platform through proven expert opinion on board that has a concept of advance and effective productivity tools which can be shaped into reality within the industry, conceptually by examining in detail what productivity is and what it is not. In sum, the aim of the development of this project is to expand the depth of our understanding of the concept and measurement of productivity.
The overall approach is to analyze the mechanism of NPO (National Productivity Organization) in context of its role of enhancing productivity in different industries through polished tools and techniques adopted from International Corporate environment.
