| dc.description.abstract | The role of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) is becoming increasingly prominent throughout the world. Entrepreneurship got original shape after the emergence of SMEs. The government figures demonstrate that Pakistan’s SMEs sector recorded an extraordinary growth during 1987/88 – 1996/97 when the predictable value of its output increased. The Pakistani SMEs to be able to stay alive if they have to build technically interactive relationships with each other in order to pursue the foreign opponents. The data was collected for this research study from the different owners of SMEs belonged to the local market. The data was collected by distributing the close ended questionnaires to the entrepreneurs. The sample size comprised of 300 respondents. Local market consisted of manufacturers, service providers and distributors. So, information was easily being collected because the questionnaire was not enquiring about any confidential matter of the business from the respondent. This research study is mainly focused on the SME owner’s satisfaction in making good relationship with bank. It further concluded mostly satisfied about Performance of account manager because they treated them as valuable customer and provide service as they like but if management give more authority to their account manager then there performance is more flexible and they have more authority to make timely decisions. | en_US |
