Abstract:
Understanding individual employee performance is a systematic approach to assigning work and expectations, supporting and enabling employee efforts, providing assessment and feedback and following through with appropriate recognition or correction. This research is based on primary data that is questionnaire and interviews. Basic aim of the research is to measure the relationship between the individual employee performance and overall organizational effectiveness.
