dc.description.abstract This particular project aims at identifying the reasons of turnover from Ufone. This issue has been researched in great detail after assessing the reasons of turnover. The causes at first have been highlighted and in the light of the primary data analysis has been further carried out. The analysis has concluded the research with a set of suggestions and recommendations which c which can serve as a guideline not only for Ufone but for other organizations posed with this particular problem. en_US
