dc.description.abstract The research aims to identify the possible diversification opportunities for Latif group of Industries. The research was carried out in two phases. Which include analysis of market size, potential and segmentation of bottled water, potato chips & flavoured milk. Further analyzed the marketing mix for the most attractive of these categories which was bottled water. Recommendations and suggestions of the project will help Latif Group of Industries in making an informed decision with regards to portfolio diversification. This report presents the results of a two-phased research project into the attractiveness of bottled water, flavoured milk and potato chips markets. This research project is for figuring out the right diversification move for Latif Group. This project is about portfolio diversification of LGI, it covers the core concepts that are involved in the production, development and implementation of this product. Taking an initiative and launch a product, this concept involves bringing a new era to the mineral water. This product guides about the product attributes, boosting its phases of penetration through target market identification and segmentation to different locations and planning for market positioning. en_US
