dc.description.abstract It is evident from a number of studies that employees’ satisfaction and productivity is correlated. In the extension of this study, the present research is primarily for analyzing the importance of different facets of job satisfaction in today’s world and its impact on productivity of employees. Among different facets of job satisfaction five are selected that are; pay, promotion, work, supervisors and co-workers. For the purpose of research 50 respondents from Bank of Punjab are selected. The data for this study are generated through questionnaire. The objectives of the research are to analyze whether change in promotion policy, pay, supervision and co-workers attitude can affect the development of the organization; to study the attributes of job satisfaction within organization; to interpret the difference of employee’s performance before and after the change has occurred in BOP i.e. variation in the pay structure, promotion policy and work environment and the like which have incurred importance. en_US
