Abstract:
This report provides an introduction about the organization; DigiDent-Solutions, and the software; DigiDent-Solutions Employee Management System. It also explains the basic steps including System requirement analysis, Architecture, Design, Implementation and
l Testing that lead to the development of the DigiDent-Solutions Employee Managemcnt System. This software has been developed to facilitatc Digident-Solutions to manage and track the progress of the employees and generate reports. The system provides thc organization with an automated time sheet to monitor the work time of the employees, track their pertormance and calculate their pay accordingly. Software will also allow the uscr to set a standard or a bench mark tor each employee thus allowing the lIser to measure the performance of each employee accordingly. The systcm provides two
access levels. Only the manager! admin has access to all the sections of the application
where as all the other employees may access only a specific part of this application.
Each user is provided with a unique pin number. The sofl-ware uses this number to
identity the user. 'fhis software is strictly requirement based. The objective of 1his
project is to develop an application that will be used to supplement the IIR and the MIS
department or the organization. The application has been made as dynamic as
possible to allow room tor any changes that the user may find necessary in future.
