dc.description.abstract The study based on Employee Turnover & Retention at Mobilink was carried out under the careful supervision of Sir Kashif Ahmed and is having 71 pages. In this project we have tried to study all the factors that are necessary for the company to retain its employees with themselves. Selecting the best Human Resource is the quest of every organization in today’s era for maintaining and retaining competitive advantage and survival in the long run. but after selecting the employee the main threat arises for how long the employee render his services to the organization Will not he leave the organization after gaining some experience? Employers use various tools for retention purposes but the validation and proper assessment of those tools is a new concept which focuses on the fact that the right retention Tools used for a particular job can lead to employees and organizational success. With the interviews with the employees and the questionnaire we had the idea that what the company is doing to retain its employees and then we have given our own recommendations about what the company should do to retain them. en_US
