dc.description.abstract The study area is located in Badin district of Sindh Province. It falls in the Keyhole Development and Exploration Lease, which currently is under the operatorship of United Energy Pakistan Limited. Six migrated seismic lines i.e. Pk 94-1800, Pk 94-1804, Pk 92- 1680, Pk 92-1682, Pk 92-1686, Pk 1807 and two wells named DOTI- 01 and KEYHOLE-01 were obtained from Directorate General of Petroleum Concession (DGPC). The badin area lies under extensional tectonic regime. Due to that normal faults were exist in our area. As a result Horsts and Grabens Structure was formed.Four horizons were marked Top Lower Goru, Middle Sand, Upper Basal Sand and Chiltan formation. After these horizons, faults were marked and then time and depth contours were generated to get information about the tectonic settings of that area. The whole information was given in time section which was helpful in the conversion of time section into depth section. These conversions are helpful for interpretation of the area, which was one of our basic purposes of this project. Petrophysical Analysis of DOTI- 01 and KEYHOLE-01 wells was performed to know the reservoir properties which included the selection of required zone of interest. By log interpretation the volume of shale, sand, porosity etc was determined. en_US
