dc.description.abstract Machines’ taking over the world has been a threatening tag line for very long but I will rephrase this line as, “Taking over the world through machines” As it's not the machines who guide the humans what to do, it’s the creation of man. The machine does what it is programmed to do. Machines are designed to help humans to make their lives easier. Use of management systems in offices started in the last century. Since then the systems had been improving and are being modified according to desired requirements in the way they work, and the main emphasis is on developing that kind of systems which are user friendly and is able to do the maximum work by itself and standardizing the entire frame of work to achieve highest standards of quality. Educational sector is ranked on one of the top of the lists who are in need and are using management systems for best results. Integrated school management system software is that kind of software with the help of which the top management can get one click reporting and have the access to all the records they need, which ultimately helps the top bodies to take actual wise decisions based on actual data rather than round figures. As previously the same work was done manually and it took days and weeks to formulate a single report of revenues, expenses, billing etc. and all these reports had great potential of being wrong, so there the need existed for a system which automatically performed these functions and the outcome that is the reports are authentic and accurate. Hence, this issue was resolved by the introduction of integrated school management system software. The study is based on the school “The Educators” (08 branches) which recently switched its working from manual system to integrated school management system software developed by “Fulgent Resources” a software developing company. en_US
