Abstract:
This study is done to assess the cereal industry in Pakistan and the role of Fauji cereals among other
brands in the cereal market. Fauji Cereals is in the market for fifty years but its growth is stagnant,
the basic purpose of this study is to find out the answers for stagnant growth of Fauji cereal and
propose solutions to their problems. To examine the factors that why Fauji cereal failed to capture
the market share and customer share and find out the reasons for Fauji cereal’s poor performance as
compared to its competitors.
The result is gathered through the survey conducted from the customers of different age groups,
which were based on the open ended questionnaires. In the end valuable solutions are recommended
to combat the challenge of stagnant growth of Fauji Cereals.
