Prospect of cloud computing in Pakistan (T-0675) (MFN 4019)

Abstract

The innovation desired to ride the wave of change is unavoidable. Most organization around the world is trying to reduce their costs by using virtual computing. The innovation of cloud computing has resulted in reducing the capital expenditures of organizations. Cloud computing offers the best way to improve resource utilization and reduce management costs and infrastructure. Cloud Computing is a latest technology, therefore most of organization in Pakistan is not fully confident to adopt it. This research helps to explore current situation of Pakistani Organization, their concerns and future of Cloud Computing in the region. By using survey form to collect organizations data and after evaluation the research result conclude that people of Pakistan is not fully aware of cloud computing technology and hesitate to adopt it due to lack of cloud computing knowledge.
