dc.description.abstract An organization is a social set up, which has a boundary that divides it from its environment, pursues its own collective goals, and controls its own performance. Organization improve performance in order to anticipate change and develop new structures, effective leadership performance may be essential to ensure that change leads to increased effectiveness, efficiency and profitability. Thus, it is encourage understanding the relationship between leadership and business performance is required. With this study the phenomena the effective leadership is considered a determining factor in creating high performance organization. . This research is being conducted to analyze the motivation of employees with the best suitable leadership style. Transformational leadership style is considered for this study, as transformational leadership style is most suitable and is preferred by managers now days. en_US
