dc.description.abstract R&D investment is the key factor of pharmaceutical industry. Investment in R&D is emphasized by the pharmaceutical industry. The R&D investments are almost highest in pharmaceutical industry. The R&D impact on profitability that is financially viability of the pharmaceutical industry, the investment on R&D is managed by the pharmaceutical industry impacts, the measurement of R&D to define the R&D investment for the period. R&D is the unknown investment in terms that it is time taking and their chances that it can result in failure or success instead of high cost. Big pharmaceutical companies are looking for unique products that can provide them with high profits. The managers’ decision making regarding R&D investment and how these decisions results in the companies returns. The importance of R&D in health sciences industry to human, the impact on discovery of new medicine helps mankind and industry earns profit. The impact of R&D on companies and industry returns over the years. The feasibility of R&D over the company and industry; the regulations that approve the R&D in the pharmaceutical industry.
