dc.description.abstract This project aims to devise a market development plan for Win pipe industries private Ltd, which is one of the well reputed industry dealing largely with the sector of construction, and building industries.. The marketing development plan for the Win pipe industries is based on the market environment, Marketing strategies, Customer relationship management, Strategic planning, and marketing process. The main aim of Win pipe industries is to enter the Pakistani market as they are currently operating in international market only. After reviewing the literature thoroughly, the project moves forward to describe the budget for the Marketing plan for the year 2014-15. The project also emphases on the SWOT analysis of the organization and with the help of different matrixes shows the strategies of the firm that incorporates in the execution of the marketing plan. The project concludes with highlighting the findings and also the recommendations for the organization. en_US
