dc.description.abstract This research has aims to examine the learning organizations and their impact on employee’s outcomes that are job satisfaction and commitment among the existing workers of telecom sector in Islamabad. A sample of 125 employees from five organizations was included in this study. Three measurement scales were used to gather primary data. To check the reliability of research, instrument Cronbach Alpha is also used. Analysis and findings shows a positive and significance relationship between learning organization job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The sample size from one city may not be generalized results on the broader contexts. A research finding shows that development of learning organizations help to built strong workforce. This research can contribute in the management practice. Organizations should realize the importance of learning organization culture for the healthier workforce and better organizational outcomes. en_US
