Abstract:
The aim of the study was to find out the impact of leadership behaviors on organizational
performance. The main purpose of the study were to find out the concepts and types of
leadership behaviors and find out the impact of leadership behavior on Supply Chain
performance in the case company Artistic Denim and Gul Ahmed. The research also
demonstrated the performance of the organizations in textile industry because of the good leadership qualities. The leadership theories and different behaviors of leadership were discussed in the beginning of the research.
Both the qualitative and quantitative research method was used in the study. The Survey
questionnaire was sent to the employees and interview with the Managers and Employees of Artistic Denim was conducted for the research. Empirical study was conducted by sending a questionnaire to the employees and Managers of Artistic Denim. There were 70 respondents we have taken. The results driven from the research showed that there is a strong impact of leadership behaviors on Supply Chain performance. The behavior of the Leaders of the Artistic Denim with the employees of the company was one of the major reasons for the supply chain performance. Finally, leadership behaviors were found out to be very important key.
