dc.description.abstract The topic area is “Impact of HR Practices on Perceived Performance of Teachers at Bahria University Islamabad”. The present study is an endeavour to test the relationship between HR practices and employee performance in an improving nation i.e. Pakistan right around college instructors. Pakistan is one of the nations where the education rate is exceptionally low. Separated from different components the instructor performance could be recognized as a major explanation behind the flat artistic rate. Legislature of Pakistan is likewise accentuating the development as well as the improvement of school instructors with different drives. In this scenario it is imperative to figure out the determinants which can upgrade the instructors' performance in Pakistani colleges. The destination of this exploration is to expedite the leaders in colleges crosswise over Pakistan to take after the HR practices which can enhance the performance of the University instructors. This study will inspect the relationship between three HR practices i.e. compensation, promotion and performance evaluation and perceived employee performance of university instructors in Pakistan. en_US
