dc.description.abstract The main purpose of my research is to identify about customer’s perception about branded and non-branded products. This research helps to know about customer behavior and their experience of using branded products of Engro Foods (Oplers) and Nestle (Milk Pack)companies. Main theme of this study is to examine whether customer prefer tetra pack such as Milk Pack or Olperover loose milk or open milk. Advertising plays an important role to aware people about the brands. People know about brands through advertising. A brand name is basically an idea to connect people. The main purpose of a brand name is to build a strong relationship. Through advertising and experience people become more aware from the brand. If the product is up to the mark and satisfies customer needs and wants then people become more loyal to that brand and promote that brand. And if they are dissatisfied with the product they will shift to substitutes. en_US
