Abstract:
The topic of my thesis is ‘’Impact of Job Rotation on Employees at workplace”. In
this project I basically tried to figure out the effect that job rotation has on the
employees serving in the organization. This research study is focused on the concept
of job rotation and the problems attached to it when an organization does not
implement the job rotation program properly. Primary and secondary both sources
were made in use to obtain the data from the respondents. Respondents were asked to
fill out the structured questionnaires. Around 100 copies of questionnaires were
circulated. The secondary data was assembled from the internet. The employees of
the organization are considered to be in the blood of the company. If the company can
trail the job rotation concept positively it can result in the most benefit way for the
organization". It results in increase in performance and satisfaction level of
employees with their jobs than ever. Human resources department should take care of
their responsibility and figure out where the employees should be rotated. Employees
are the assets of every company. They are helpful in increasing sales and profits for
the company. Company needs to take care of the needs and wants of their employees
as they play an essential part in its success.
