| dc.description.abstract | A Bug Tracking System (BTS) is a software application that is used for tracking of reported bugs. Developers use BTS for bugs fixation and end user use for reporting bugs whereas project managers and quality assurance team use BTS as a platform where they can assign bugs and discuss various issues related to bug resolution. As BTS seems to be a platform for developers, team leaders, project managers and Quality assurance persons so this plate form must be user friendly enough where bugs can easily assigned to relevant members. Most of the bug trackers available are so complicated, hard to use and understand. There interfaces requires time and efforts of project manager to assign tasks. Their mainly focus is on functionality. Existing bug trackers has a lot of problems which can be catered by studying and exploring usability issues of these bug trackers. System usability is very important aspect of software Engineering. Usability of system is important therefore users of different expertise level can easily use it. | en_US |
