| dc.description.abstract | The project delivers the best practices that should be focused into by Skymate Travel & Holidays in order to become more competitive, efficient and effective in its delivery of services and achievement of strategic goals. It covers the People Management, Marketing activities and value addition in Supply Chain Management. People’s Management have been made more efficient through the process of job analysis in order to produce job description and specification for the personnel to understand their jobs well and match their performance accordingly. Marketing activities current and prospective have been analysed to determine their contribution and future orientations that would effective the clientele when it comes to Sky mate’s image, awareness and service offerings. Supply chain highlights the importance of sourcing partners when it comes to resourcing travel destinations for clients. It analyses the current strategic moves and suggests how they can be further leveraged to enhance the compatibilities with partners in order to deliver best. Over all these best practices can help become Skymate more professional in terms of its operations and achieve competitiveness relative to 5,000 agencies in Pakistan foremost and across as well. | en_US |
