Abstract:
PURPOSE OF THE STUDY:
The purpose of the study is to find and identify a gap in the organization and address it with the proper
solution and considering proper alternative's so that gap can be minimized and also to increase the
market share and profit margins and to increase organization's effectiveness.
HIGLIGHTS ON METHODOLOGY:
The methodology we used in this business research is qualitative research because the sample was hard
to find in this project as the customers of biafo are only corporate and convenience sample method was
used to gather the data.
SUMMARY OF FINDINGS:
Customer Satisfaction in accordance relative to Biafo Industries is Satisfactory.
The Marketing Department couldn't satisfy their customers when being asked
about the application knowledge about the usage of explosives.
The products of Biafo explosives have an exceptional performance in nature.
Before using the Biafo products, the consumer had to know the application in
using the product because these are explosives, the safety is a big precaution
which is of greater risk, if something goes wrong then the Government can ban its
operations across the country.
Conclusion:
They need to hire the mining engineer's in order to enhance the effectiveness and
efficiency of the organization as well as for reaching consumer satisfaction. Also they
need to educate their consumers about the explosives for their safety.
