dc.description.abstract	The report contains details of the job analysis carried out to develop job description for the positions of Chief Cashier and manager operation At National bank of Pakistan currently held by Mr.Sajid Mehmood and Mr Baber Masood and Mr Mubhasir Nawaz respectively. I would like to express my special thanks to my teacher Sir AFTAB HAIDER who due to his support, knowledge, and motivation made us complete our research project. Methodology used for the job analysis is the functional job analysis method (FJA) and Task inventories. The job descriptions contain the basic identifiers, job summary, the tasks performed at the job, the skills, knowledge, abilities and other characteristics demanded by the job.	en_US
