dc.description.abstract | The objective was to design the upstream activities of Unicorn Black. The project was done so as to help the organization have a sound and proper set of upstream activities that are and should be followed in their organization. The design was made using the conventional supply chain method but was modified according to the requirements and the products or items for which the entire project was done. The idea was to have a sourcing strategy, a procurement process, a supplier selection criterion, contracts and logistics management (given to the downstream). The design was successful as it is currently deployed in the organization and will continue for other items in the near future. | en_US |
