dc.description.abstract This research paper is done to improve the services of Air blue. The main theme of this research is to improve the customer satisfaction through good quality services. This research tells us about the present services of Air blue, the market share that Air blue has from rest of the airlines. Moreover this project also tells about the improvement in the current services of Air blue and the cost, time and human resource implication for those changing’s. At the end this project tells about some future enhancements and those changing’s that we could not implement because of some constrains. en_US
