dc.description.abstract The coordination among different levels of supply chain is very strong for the operations of the function activities of the system in any organization. The coordination is required on each and every step of supply chain process for positive impact on decisional actions. Today, most of the organizations and firms are using various functions of supply chain to increase their efficiency, productivity and operational performance by using systematic approaches of supply chain. The biggest challenge today for the firms is to achieve maximum coordination in supply chain instead of giving different ownerships and enhance product range. This research is based on the quantitative analysis as this study is quantitative in nature. The research study has utilized questionnaires to gather data from the selected number of respondents. The sample size is 155. The data is gathered from the food companies of Pakistan specifically focusing on Nestle Pakistan Limited, Engro Pakistan Limited, Mitchells Pakistan Limited, and Shezan Pakistan Limited. The data is analyzed through the SPSS with the application of regression, correlation and Chi Square test. Findings have presented that the key drivers of SCM play a very important role and effectiveness in system should be integrated. en_US
