dc.description.abstract | Our objective in this final year project is to make an automatic unmanned guided vehicle with the capability of detecting human presence and give back coordinates of that location via GPS module. The vehicle navigates according to specific commands given to it, from GSM module. This vehicle uses GSM module commands to get to its destination. The project consists of different parts, first part is to interface GSM module to microcontroller, which will take specific commands from the user, and then transmit it to the vehicle. The second part will be to receive these commands. Controller will read these commands and with the help of written program on the controller will navigate accordingly. It also detects human presence with the help of PIR sensor and gives back coordinates of that location obtained through GPS module sent via GSM module. Our project is hardware based project and the hardware portion of the realized system consist of DC motor driven vehicle, PIC 16F877A, GPS module SKM 53, GSM module Sim900, H‐bridge L298 and other circuits etc. All the electronic elements are mounted on the vehicle. | en_US |
