| dc.description.abstract | Our project based on industrial automation will provide cheap solution for indus- tries like our mills to automate their weighing process. Industrial automation has now become a need of every industry to ourish in their eld and developing coun-try like Pakistan is in great need of growing industry for stability of her economy.The work we had done will become a product and will be targeting most probably our industries for their weighing process to eliminate the human interference for sleazing the our to be sold in black. Thus saving a lot of money for the our mill owners to get wasted which in return will be bene cial for the labor associatedwith the eld. In the project a whole system including mechanical structure is designed for weigh-ing section of our mill which will provided by synchronized valves with weight measuring load cells to ll required weight of our bags as the demand of production. The system would be e cient enough to get shielded from any interference and noise as well as calibrate itself. The project can be extended to be used in other industries where the weighing process is important part and their products are usually in powder form by changing the characteristics of valves accordingly to the operation required. | en_US |
