| dc.description.abstract | Service Oriented Computing is a mature paradigm now. Cloud Computing promises to provide infrastructure as a utility like electricity. According to Gartner hype cycle, Cloud has become most popular technology now a day. To enable business across the value of the IT bases service economy, we must have a mechanism of communication between user and provider as it is cultural habit of people to bargain or negotiate with provider. User requirement may vary with time therefore predefined offers do not satisfy their user. We require dynamicity in these offers to satisfy both user and provider that’s why researchers propose idea of negotiation protocol. Cloud uses service level agreements for advance reservation of resources. We propose a complete system of SLA negotiation framework and an agent based happiness function for making dynamic offers which can plug in different providers, pricing model and decision strategies. We are proposing a multi round negotiation model with multi providers which would satisfy customer’s requirements. Our system uses the WS agreement standard for service level agreement structure. More complex business rules can be build to facilitate bilateral negotiation upon the foundational negotiation framework provided by our system. | en_US |
