User Notification System

Abstract

A generic system is designed for the communication within an organization. Thissystem can notify employees, students and clients about any emergency, event or change in event or policies of the organization. Current methods of notification software rely on the sms mobile platform but all environments can’t be catered by it there are certain situations notification through mail is needed and is the better of the two options. The objective of the project is to make a notification project for assistance in notifying large group of people through email and sms so that the community can be informed efficiently as needed. The basic purpose of this application is to inform the clients or employee about any change in event or policy or other news. This is a web based project. By using this users can communicate easily with their employees. This project includes different sms packages which have different range of sms. The user will select a package. There is another option of sending emails to clients or employee as well. The user will just type the message and after selecting the contacts user will send sms or emails or both to clients. The project will solve the problem of miscommunication between the users and their clients by using sms or email. Provide users the best way of communication.
