Membership, Certification & Payroll System for Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry

Abstract

In this era of advance technology and automation, there exist some organizations that are still undertaking their daily work on papers and storing records on books. How will you feel if you are asked to search for a specific record? You will have to go and search the entire record room, definitely it’ll take time. What if all the records are stored on disc and you just need few click to search them? Yes, this is what our project is about. Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry is facing many problems in data handling due to absence of proper automation system. Their daily work is carried out manually which is a setback. Our team has worked very hard to develop a system for Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry that automates their membership system, event management system, election system and employ payroll system. Employees of Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry using this system will simply input data on the front end interface, data will be stored in database. Data stored will be available for employees to carry out and manage their work easily. Employees of Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry with their new system don’t need to care about data in books once the data is stored in the system. They can search through the data, print dynamic reports and manipulate the data with the blink of an eye. This project has given us real-time experience of professional work and helped us improving our skills.
