Abstract:
In Pakistan many organizations have several branches spread across the city. It is quite difficult to share the online business activities to the central branch/headquarter (HQ). The reason is that most of the times these reports are generated manually and sent through e-mail or communicated through hardcopies.
To resolve this issue an online centralize system is required to be developed so that the top management can monitor the business activities though the online system. Top management will have the access of this system through the internet.
This project will consist of three modules. Database Management System (DBMS) for HQ/central branch, DBMS for sub-branches and communication of business activities of sub-branches to headquarter/central branch
The DBMS for sub-branches will be developed with the same DBMS structure. The DBMS for HQ/central branch will be developed separately. Communication of DBMS for sub-branches to DBMS of HQ/central branch through the internet.
This system will not be limited to a specific type of business but can be implemented in any distributed business environment. It can be enhanced by adding more features like salary info, employee info, inventory etc.
