dc.description.abstract	A happy mind is a creative mind! CreateTech is a tool, based on this idea, and aids in enhancing a user’s creativity at work, by helping them relax and take regular breaks during work. Based on three tier architecture, this application provides the user with basic security and profile management. An in-depth study into the existing literature on Calm Technology and psychology established grounds for developing an application that presents the user with several options to choose from as to how they would like to relax and take regular breaks during work. In addition, inspired by study on the effects of colors on the human brain, CreateTech allows the user to select their own color scheme for the application display. Moreover, the user is able to select a set of activities they would like to take up during their prompted breaks, furthering the goal of creating a state of mind for the user where they can be more creative and productive.	en_US
