Abstract:
The purpose of the project is to develop biological networks by extracting data from online
databases for their analysis. The motivation for developing this project was the difficulty in
finding a unified tool for network model development. To incorporate different aspects of the project, several researches about biological networks were studied along with the online databases which held the needed data. We analyzed and implemented the connection to them using our website. The results of the project are useful for the biologists who need to perform analysis calculations like degree calculation, betweenness and Eigen value calculation on any of the biological data found in the databases, they have their own projects and analysis saved online which they can review later.
