| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the project is to improve the customer relationship management by providing such bundles/offers to customers, that are more closer to their trend and producing the more profit for the company, if the customer will be satisfied the business will grow itself as one unsatisfied customer can make many others and vice versa. The system will helps the manager to identify the features effecting the business and provides best possible options to retain the customer and increase customer satisfaction rate. The system can distinguish different group of customers based on the decision tree algorithm and then finds the patterns of customer usage & analyze the usage trend of each group to get the combinations or the bundles which are more appropriate for that group of customer. The system helps to predict the usage of customers for the future and the revenue which may be generated using these system generated combinations. The system will provide the company many plans/bundles having high success rate and manager will chose the plan according to his skills. The System is much intelligent to predict those customers who are going to leave the company and provides the offers for them to keep them attached. On the other hand the customer is keen interested now a days in selecting the packages and customer even don’t know what is his current usage/trend. Our system is much intelligent to suggest the customer the best bundles match to his/her current trend. The idea of involving the customers to the business especially in telecom may reduce the churn and make the customers more loyal to the company. In this way CRM can be achieved and company can earn more with satisfied customers. | en_US |
